The services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and compiled or generated outputs (excluding your own data and inputs), are the exclusive property of Health Innovations LLC and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any of our intellectual property except for the limited right to use the services as expressly permitted.
The services may include features powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or large language models. Although Research Lambda emphasizes evidence-grounded and auditable outputs, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You should independently verify any output used for clinical, regulatory, operational, or business decisions. Research Lambda is not a substitute for qualified professional judgment, and AI-generated outputs are not medical, legal, or regulatory advice.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HEALTH INNOVATIONS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
